Home Ed Session

£13 Thursdays 1pm to 3pm
 

Our weekly STEM & Coding sessions are designed for home-educated children and young people, with activities adapted to suit a mixed-age and mixed-ability group.

From 1:00pm–2:00pm, participants will take part in a varied mix of STEM and coding activities across the term. These may include LEGO Education, Minecraft Education, Scratch, coding projects, electronics, Pico Bricks, problem-solving challenges and creative STEM activities.

Sessions are designed so that beginners can get involved, while those with more experience can be given extra challenges or work more independently on their own projects where appropriate.

From 2:00pm–3:00pm, everyone attending STEM & Coding is welcome to stay for a FREE bonus activity. This changes weekly and may include Gaming, Archery, Laser Tag and occasionally other Future Survival activities.

Staying for the bonus activity is completely optional, so participants are welcome to finish at 2:00pm.

Weekly during term time
STEM & Coding: 1:00pm–2:00pm
FREE optional bonus activity: 2:00pm–3:00pm

No previous STEM or coding experience is required. Activities will be adapted wherever possible to suit different ages, abilities and levels of experience.
